Cancellation Policy
I do not require a deposit to secure appointments. However, cancellations made without at least 24 hours' notice will result in a non-refundable charge of 50% of the total service cost to the card on file.
Additionally, if there are more than two consecutive cancellations, a 50% deposit of the total cost of the service will be required to reschedule a future appointment, as last-minute openings are difficult to fill.
